Hi! My name is Chelsea Baker (no joke, that's really my last name). I live in Ignacio and I'm a home baker who LOVES to create beauty in the form of desserts! I love baking and creating so turning that passion into a business has become a dream come true. The name comes from my love of infusing alcohol into regular desserts like bourbon baklava or champagne cupcakes (I also enjoy a good cocktail). I specialize in wedding cakes and dessert for weddings. I do not have a store front and I do not double book which allows me to give all my time and attention to the bride and making her dream cake a reality. Want a tasting first?
